Better data, better prioritization

Jeff Poteracki — To start would be just custom formula fields and calculated metrics. So this allows us to track revenue trends, for example, year over year, seven days, over seven days, and see how those are changing, evolving over time.

We build custom scores beyond just your traditional health score. So we have scores related to certain feature adoption, percentage of revenue, and really how much they're adopting different parts of our platform just based on a few different inputs that we're able to track through our Pendo integration with Planhat. That's been a big one.

And then the customization from dashboards has been very helpful for not only our team members to our TSMs to plan out their days and plan out their touch points and help understand within their book of business what takes priority. So where are customer needs changing, where are we spotting revenue growth or revenue decline that needs additional action? And as a leadership organization, it takes it to really the whole other level.

So we're able to build out different visualizations for trends, assign custom values for things like days remaining in a contract to help draw attention to that, see what percentage in different shares of revenue where it's coming from. Different pieces of our platform. All that's been fully customized through customer intelligence in Planhat.
