Tess Okonek — Essentially what we do is we walk job sites on a weekly basis with a 360 degree camera from start to finish. So you have a digital replica of the job site from the very beginning to the very end.

Built on a foundation of trust

Previously with our other CSP, we just ultimately had quite a few issues in terms of working with their CS team and reporting bug issues that would never really eventually get addressed at all.

And we were having, their revenue reporting was very minimal and we just couldn't get our revenue numbers to be right. I think at one point it was showing $5 billion over, and I said, we're at like $6 million arr. So it's like, okay, what is going on here?

Because of the unique revenue model that we had, a lot of these other CSPs couldn't support that. We couldn't get configurable with it. And so it was causing a lot of distrust with our revenue team. How do we get them the right information? How can we get them to trust us here so that they feel really good about the other information that we're supplying as well?

Really big things that we loved about Planhat was we can have as many users in there as we want full users, not just viewers. So it's allowed us to invite our entire sales team into the platform.

Like I said before, we originally bought this because we wanted a tool for CS that was going to best support us, but because we ended up going with Planhat, and that was one of the biggest reasons why we wanted to go to Planhat was the ability to be collaborative with other teams.

CS is what I think I really love about CS is we have our hands in so many different pies, right? Everyone as well in the company is kind of an extension of CS. Sales is an extension of CS. Product is an extension of CS. So if your CSP can't also support those other teams, then why would you want a tool like that?

And so what's really great about Planhat, like we said, is those unlimited user seats. Being able to give them full and complete access to what we're working on, making sure that our product team knows what our customers are needing.
