From reactive to proactive
Brandon Ramsey — When you start in a Customer Success journey, you're starting at, and we talk about this all the time, everything's very reactive. Customers are reaching out to you, you're having to solve problems in real time. Planhat introduces the ability to be very proactive.
And so it organizes us across multiple different data sets with product data, sales data for us, operational data, which is relatively unique to our industry, and it allows us to just provide a next level of quality of service to our customers.

Customer success is only customer success if you view yourself as an extension of your customers. And ultimately our push and what we're trying to get towards is aggregating enough information about our customers, which Planhat provides us with to where we can start to become predictive in understanding our customer behavior, expansion, what growing with our customers looks like.
And as we've met and been introduced to LLMs and AI, that predictive behavior becomes a very real thing and it makes us more efficient in our proactivity as well.
So Planhat solves for us a number of problems, but just in terms of getting us organised, keeping us diligent in consistent delivery to where every customer has the exact same experience. It doesn't matter what the ACV is, it doesn't matter how large the account is, they're going to be guaranteed a successful path.
