Consistency and scale
Brandon Ramsey — Planhat solves for us a number of problems. Just in terms of getting us organized, keeping us diligent in consistent delivery to where every customer has the exact same experience. It doesn't matter what the ACV is, it doesn't matter how large the account is, they're going to be guaranteed a successful path.
Tess Okonek — We talk a lot about white glove service and I think this is the first time that we've been able to really be able to introduce that to our customers, thanks to Planhat.
Brandon Ramsey — Yeah, and there are other tools out there obviously that we've tried, that are a lot of flash, not very much substance. And Planhat gives us the substance to be collaborative with all the stakeholders internally to have complete transparency with the people that matter most in our business.
I strongly feel that the next five years of customer success innovation is going to be the result of the groundwork that tools like Planhat have laid before customer success teams. So we're strong believers in adopting the best technology out there that integrates well with the rest of the technologies that we use and Planhat by far and away has given us that.
