Creating value by measuring value
Tess Okonek — I think one of the biggest use cases for us right now is being able to collaborate with sales. Like I mentioned before, our renewals are expansions, so we need to really drive that ROI with our customers.
And what's great about Planhat is we've been able to get really customizable with how are we going to track that ROI, what kind of fields are we going to create? What are our most important things that we need to be looking at for our customers?
And it has been incredibly easy for our team to go into that account 360, log that information, trigger something so that our sales team gets notification, hey, this is what's going on. They can act on it right away. They can go right in, see all the information that they need to have the right kind of conversation with that customer to get that expansion, to generate new revenue and keep them a happy customer, bringing them back to us.
So yeah, it's been an incredibly collaborative tool across, like I said, product, operations, sales. And I think sales right now is really how could we be really great partners together and Planhat has really been able to do that for us.
