How do we then also take that information that includes not only that date of last expansion, but we can also pull in touchpoints? When was the last time we not only just talked to anyone at that company, the last time we talked specifically to a champion? Specifically to the executive sponsor.

We can also pull in usage. When was the last time they logged in? Who was it that logged in? Was it a PM on the job? Was it an executive? How does that also play into the customer health score? There's so many different ways that we can truly understand the status of a customer and Planhat allows us to really pull all of that information in seamlessly.
