Tess Okonek — Customer Portals have been huge for some of our select Enterprise customers. We have all of this data that lives in another solution that goes over what is the status of captures? How many projects do you have, how many captures are left on that particular project? And with a customer that has 60, a hundred, 500 projects, they want to know what's going on. How many captures have you completed? Where are you right now? When are you going to be there next? When was the last time you were there?
What's great about Planhat is we can take all of that information that's coming from a completely different solution, put it into Planhat, and then surface it in a portal so our customer can log in at any point and get the information that they're looking for. For us, transparency is huge. Whether it's in OnsiteIQ, the data that we're servicing there, or how we surface it via Planhat as well.
